Job description
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide timely support through phone, email, and chat. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
